My name is Krissi.  I live in Forest Grove, Oregon. I’m an ER nurse in my lovely little town and I love my job.  But I love my life outside of work even more.  I’m married to Dan and we recently celebrated  our 7th anniversary.  No joke – it’s been the easiest 7 years of my life.  I have two children: Sinclaire – she’s 18 – endlessly enthusiastic, beautiful, emotional – gah, I love her so much.  She’s at college in Kentucky (KENTUCKY – blah).  Elia –  he’s 14 – gorgeous, funny, irritable, sweet, caring.  A total Mommy’s boy but he’d hate me sharing that here!  I also have 2 great step-children: Alyssa and Colby, they are such wonderful, icredible people.  I sure am glad I get to be in their lives also.

About Me: I really don’t know.  I could go on for hours about how wonderful my family is but asked to talk about me and I draw a blank.  How do I define myself outside my role of mother and wife?  I really don’t know.  I guess that’s what I want to figure out and hopefully this blog will help me do that.
